Email subscriptions and purpose

When you request email updates, we use your email address, chosen topics and regions, consent and confirmation timestamps, delivery state, and suppression status to provide the service you requested. Processing is based on your consent. Resend processes addresses and delivery events for us. Hosting and security providers process ordinary connection data to deliver and protect the site.

Retention

Expired unconfirmed requests are removed after seven days, suppression records after 30 days, and provider delivery events after 90 days. Active subscriber data is kept while the subscription remains active. Legal or security obligations may require a narrowly scoped record to be retained longer.

Your choices and rights

Every message includes preference and unsubscribe controls. You may also ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information through Contact. The public form should contain only non-confidential contact information; a private channel is provided for the request. You may complain to the data-protection authority that applies where you live.

Other services and international processing

The site does not set advertising cookies or load third-party analytics. Public GitHub forms are processed under GitHub’s terms and privacy practices. Private vulnerability reports use GitHub private vulnerability reporting. Resend, GitHub, hosting, and security providers may process information in other countries using the safeguards offered by those providers and applicable law. External links are governed by the destination provider’s privacy practices.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Material changes receive a new effective date.
