Reveel launched Omnicarrier Decision Intelligence for modeling and managing shipping networks. The company says users can compare carrier proposals against package-level shipment history and explore carrier combinations. Updated dashboards connect to its conversational AI, while a new Model Context Protocol connector lets authorized AI agents invoke Reveel services.
Why it matters
For shipping analysts, evaluating a proposal against actual parcels could reveal effects hidden by an average rate. Connecting that analysis to an assistant may make scenario exploration easier, provided users can inspect the underlying assumptions and retain control of consequential actions.
What remains unproven
Reveel says the service is available now and claims average annual savings above 20%. The release does not provide an independently assessed customer sample supporting that figure. Modeled savings also depend on the completeness and accuracy of shipment and contract data.
