What changed
Peak3 announced Graphene v4 and Graphene Harness. The former includes a platform for managing AI agents; the latter uses agent teams across insurance software development and testing. Peak3 says it already uses Harness internally and is extending access to selected implementation partners, with client availability intended over six to twelve months.
Why it matters
The significant proposal is connecting generated changes to a controlled delivery process. Access management and activity records could make it easier to trace which agent changed a configuration and review the result before wider use.
What remains unproven
Peak3 reports a 50 percent reduction in new-feature development and core implementation costs, without an independent study in the release. The announcement does not establish general client availability for Harness or dependable autonomous delivery across different insurers.
