THE ESSENTIALS
  • Report previews expose the next run's coverage.

What changed

CareSwitch's September 14 update adds reporting windows and previews showing the period covered by the next scheduled run. Command Center reports can follow dates in their instructions, use a moving lookback period or retain fixed dates. Staff can also refresh reports whose schedules are paused, with a notice identifying that state.

Why it matters

The update describes warnings when a caregiver has no rate for a client's territory and confirmation before address changes affect existing scheduled work. Territory-based pay itself already appeared in the entry titled September 7, displayed under September 8; it is not a new September 14 introduction.

What remains unproven

These are vendor-described controls. The notes provide no independent deployment results or measurements establishing payroll accuracy or time savings.
