- Three editions package AI-assisted critical-event workflows.
What changed
Everbridge introduced 360 AI, embedding assistance into critical-event preparation, response and recovery. The company says it can draft emergency messages, summarize incidents and guide operators through response workflows. A conversational Advisor uses organizational context, while Core, Pro and Enterprise editions package different levels of communications, risk intelligence and crisis-management capability.
Why it matters
For operations teams, putting summaries and suggested next steps inside an established response process could make information easier to use under pressure. The value depends on whether the assistance supports a clear decision, with operators able to review it.
What remains unproven
The announcement does not supply controlled evidence of faster or better incident outcomes. Availability statements and demonstrations do not establish dependable guidance during unusual events; the company describes AI as assisting human operators.
