The bulletin

CISA released ten industrial-control-system advisories on September 3. The bulletin includes products from Schneider Electric, Tycon Systems, OPC Foundation, IXON, Rockwell Automation, Inductive Automation and Pyramid Solutions. It directs administrators to the individual advisories for technical details and mitigations.

Do not flatten the list into one vulnerability

The existence of an advisory does not establish that every installation from a named vendor is affected. Match the specific product, version and deployment against the corresponding document before deciding on an action.

Keep operational context

For an industrial environment, use the authorized asset and change process and the relevant vendor guidance. This article is an attributed notice of the bulletin, not a tested remediation plan for a live facility. The original September 3 date is retained; the collection is not being relabeled as a new September 10 disclosure.
